The baby brother (two years old) is a music fanatic. He's rarely without his ukelele, bongs, or some other form of noisemaker. When he doesn't have any instruments, he sings into anything shaped like a microphone. The baby is constantly rockin' on the moon according to his sisters.... so they wrote this song about him.
lyrics
Baby Rockin’ on the Moon
Baby brother’s got a ukulele,
Baby brother’s got his bongos too
Baby brother is singing loudly,
Sing a song about your sister too
Baby brother’s gonna be a rock star
Drumming, and he knows how to play
Baby brother’s got a blue guitar,
And he’s gonna be playing all day
Baby’s rockin’ on the moon, baby’s rocking on the moon
He’s got his ukulele too, baby’s rocking on the moon
Big sister’s got a pink guitar
It plugs in and goes real loud,
Big sister’s learning how to play a bunch of
Different songs and different sounds
Dad is setting up a microphone,
So baby brother can sing his song,
Big sister’s written one more tune,
And we’re gonna sing it loud ‘fore the day is done,
He’s rocking on the moon….
He’s rocking out again, he’s rocking out to every tune
That baby is rocking on the moon….
Baby brother’s gonna get a drum set,
And we’re never gonna sleep again
Baby brother’s banging on the pots,
And everything else that’s loud in the kitchen,
Big sister throws a kitchen party,
She’s just learning how to jig and reel,
Before you know it they’ll be singing and a’dancing
All around the room, ‘cause it’s what they feel when
Baby’s rockin’ on the moon, baby’s rocking on the moon
He’s got his ukulele too, baby’s rocking on the moon
Baby’s rockin’ on the moon, baby’s rocking on the moon
He’s got his ukulele too, baby’s rocking on the moon
